Hello my name is Jen. Which you probably figured that out already. I started taking an interest in Cake decorating in the spring of 2007. We were shopping at Micheal's Craft store one day and found that they were offering Wilton Cake Decorating classes. My husband signed me up as part of my birthday present. After taking several classes and working in a bakery of a grocery store I decided that this is what I am meant to do. This is something that makes me happy. I loved the look on people's faces when I delivered there cakes. Another great reason I chose this career path is it lets me be a stay at home mom to my handsome son Aidan and beautiful baby girl Vera. I want to spend as much time with them as I can before they go off to school and doesn't want to hang around there mommy anymore. :)
In the fall of 2008 I went through the process of being a fully licensed business.
